2. Scope of Services
Net4City provides a full range of digital and IT services, including but not limited to:

- Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing
- E-Commerce Web Design
- Landing Page Design
- SEO & Performance Optimization
- Web Maintenance and Support
- Event Management Services
- Studio Setup for Audio/Video
- VoIP & IT Solutions
- Security & Compliance
Additionally, any other services listed on our website at https://net4city.com/ are included under the scope of our offerings.
3. Project Timelines
- Estimated timelines for project completion will be communicated in the proposal or agreement.
- Timelines are dependent on timely feedback, approvals, and content provided by the client.
- Delays in client responses, content submission, or approvals may extend the completion period.
- Any part payments or advances paid by the client will remain with Net4City during such delays. These amounts will not be refunded due to client-side delays.
- If a project is inactive for more than 90 days due to client non-responsiveness, Net4City reserves the right to close the project and retain all payments made.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
- Ensure that all supplied content (text, images, videos, etc.) is owned or licensed.
- Respond within a reasonable time frame to avoid project delays.
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials shared.
5. Payments & Fees
- All fees must be paid as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
- Work will begin only after receipt of advance payment (if applicable).
- Hosting, domain, and related services require renewal before expiry to remain active.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except where explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Third-party software, stock media, or plugins remain subject to their own licenses.
- We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
7. Hosting, Domain & Email Services
- Hosting and domain are provided via third-party vendors; Net4City is not liable for outages or third-party failures.
- Clients are responsible for renewals before expiry.
- Email hosting and IT services are provided “as is” and are subject to third-party terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or downtime caused by third-party failures.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Net4City and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, use of services, or content you provide.
10. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose business information, except when required by law.
11. Termination of Services
- Services may be suspended or terminated if:
- Payments are overdue.
- Client violates these Terms.
- The project involves unlawful or unethical use.
12. Additional Terms and Policies
These Terms & Conditions are to be read together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or service-specific terms posted at https://net4city.com. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms specific to the service shall prevail for that service.
13. Entire Agreement & Severability
- Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Net4City regarding the services, superseding all prior agreements.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
15. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and clients are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. For material changes, we may also notify clients via email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the above terms.
